Stay Positive: Spring is Coming
Low inventory is fairly common for this time of year. Each year we find ourselves anxious and frustrated with how little options there are. This year is even more frustrating with our current Lockdown situation. It’s causing many Sellers to hold off selling their homes.
Release the Houses!
Statistically we see a rise in new houses on market throughout the Spring and Summer. This year, we are hoping to see a wave of houses hit the market as pools are opened, flowers are in bloom and Covid restrictions are hopefully lifted. Yes it will still be competitive, but at least we will have more options. Hopefully if we get enough houses on market we can see a thinning in the competition as we have years prior.
Time Will Tell
